This project is a beginner-friendly ' No sewing experience needed' modular garment designed to be simple, creative, and multifunctional.

The idea: a square wrap skirt that can also transform into a grocery bag and a picnic cloth.
​Perfect for a day walking around Valencia from the market to the park and beach.

​The Concept

This design is created by me specifically for complete beginners.
✔ No sewing experience required
✔ Only straight stitching
✔ Clear step-by-step construction
✔ Designed to be finished in one workshop Participants would create a versatile piece that can be worn or used in different ways.

Possible uses include:
• Wrap skirt
• Tapis-style layer
• Grocery bag
• Picnic cloth or beach cover

The garment is intentionally simple but creative, something functional you can actually use in daily life.

Fabric Inspiration

For this project I’m imagining two fabric options:
• A solid color fabric for everyday wear
• A local Valencian fabric as a souvenir piece
